Primeiro de tudo gostaria de referir que não sigo o estilo de vida "vegan". Como a maioria das pessoas, sou hipócrita ao ponto de dizer que adoro os animais mas não deixo de comer carne ou outros produtos de origem animal. Confesso que para mim é algo que eu não consigo imaginar acontecer neste momento, pelo menos, devido a alguns aspetos da minha rotina. Eu sei, é apenas uma desculpa, talvez por falta de vontade de arriscar e começar hábitos alimentares totalmente diferentes.
No entanto, será que eu não penso nem por um bocadinho no mal que estou a fazer? Na quantidade de mortes que existiram para me alimentar ao longo da minha vida? No que estamos a fazer a animais mais inocentes que nós? Ultimamente tenho sido sensibilizada para alguns destes problemas e para o famoso debate: ser vegan ou não ser?
Visto que as redes sociais hoje em dia são dos meios que comunicam mais facilmente com a sociedade, decidi trazer-vos alguns instagrams cheios de mensagens à cerca deste assunto e que vos vão fazer pensar, pelo menos, uma vez sobre o sacrifício animal antes de consumirem certos produtos.
